The bumbling teenager has to put on a mask to become a superhero.
Why?
He has the same powers as the web-slinger as he struggles through his eternal post-adolescence.
OK, let’s allow that it makes for a good comic book, 60 years running.
Back here in real-life, he would have realized by now he could just assume the assertiveness he exercises when he’s fighting bad guys and saving the day.
Same with each one of us.
We all have an image or mask of ourselves where we are confident, happy and everything clicks.
Many of us hesitate to use it in daily life, opting instead for the old version, that is known to others, non-threatening and bumbles through life.
Doesn’t have to be. You can don the alter-ego that is inside of you, the mask you’re afraid to put on and charge into the day.
This is what we talk about twice a week in our telcons for Magic Mirror of the Mind.
Here’s the link to the registration page we hope you’ll join us.
The next call is WEDNESDAY, 12 FEB at 7 PM EST.
Register now and I’ll send you the secret telcon code.
Sincerely,
