As you explore and begin to practice the hidden philosophy, best to keep it to yourself.
Especially if you have been slaving away in the service of others.
First, the people you have been serving might not be pleased to hear that from here on in you going to attend to your own needs first.
Plantation owners have a tendency of putting slave revolts down.
Second, you don’t want to be proclaiming a strength you do not yet fully possess.
And nearly everyone, not just plantation owners, love to see formerly weak people falling flat.
This tendency is just as natural a part of human nature as the hidden philosophy itself.
It’s better to work with these ideas in silence.
Really take a few moments a day to think about your breath – and how it is always functioning as the physical exercise of your innate survival mechanism.
And as you focus on your survival, first and above all else, you come to realize that you can apply the same clear eyed vision to all areas of self-interest.
Your imagination is set free.
As you begin to do things for yourself that please yourself others will notice – that you are dressing better, walking more confidently, speaking less– and when you do, with more authority.
And magically they will know someone new has appeared on the scene.
And you’ll rise in the esteem among others by announcing your new self as fact – not as empty proclamation.
So definitely don’t speak too loudly about this, but keep reading and listening, so you can grow in your understanding of the hidden philosophy!
